Our Process

Many people have never seen a financial adviser before and those who have, have never seen one like us before. Our process:

Initial Contact

Happy to have a chat with you to get initial details around why you’re looking for advice. This is to determine if we are suitable for what you’re looking for. 


We get to know you and you get to know us. Bring with you any questions and concerns and we will try our best to give you a straightforward answer. In this meeting we discuss potential ideas, potential issues, the things we can do to assist and overall help you understand your existing situation better. If you like us then we are happy to proceed to the next steps.

First Meeting


Research / Second Meeting

We will come up with a few ideas or strategies that we think could help you. We will collect further information on yourselves including existing assets, insurances, income and retirement plans you have. This meeting we work through with you to determine a plan moving forward. We discuss everything in this meeting as before we start to prepare any advice we like to know that you are 100% happy with the proposed ideas and most importantly that you understand it all. 


Prepare & Present the Advice

We prepare the advice for you as discussed along with any forms, applications and paperwork required to implement the plan. We present the plan to you, going through the advice and ensuring you are 100% happy with everything. Explaining how the plan will move forward now and in the future, along with the benefits and disadvantages. 


Implementation

When you proceed with advice with us we handle as much as we can for you. We will send off all the forms, applications etc and ensure the advice is implemented as per the financial plan.


Ongoing Service / Assistance

should you wish and should we recommend we will look to provide ongoing service and ensure your goals continue to move forward according to plan. We can be as involved as little or as much as you’d like. We ensure you stay on track and should anything arise such as changes in your situation, changes in laws, changes in work or life we will be there to assist. 

Some plans won’t require ongoing service, but we are happy for you to call us and make an appointment for further questions and help if required, though our ongoing clients do take priority for appointments.
